Constitutional expert criticizes Polish president's arguments on judges' oath

A constitutional expert has labeled the Polish president's arguments regarding the oath-taking of two Constitutional Tribunal judges as disinformation. The expert suggests that if the president's arguments were taken seriously, the entire current composition of the Tribunal would be considered improperly elected.
