Constitutional Court to Review University Hiring Regulations for Discrimination

An initiative has been submitted to the Constitutional Court to assess the constitutionality and legality of provisions in the Rulebook on scoring candidates for employment as university teachers. The review will determine if the university's position can be discriminatory.
