Company Found Responsible for Worker's Death at Ampsin Dam Site
A court in Liège has ruled that the general contracting company Duchêne-Franki is solely responsible for the death of a worker at the Ampsin dam expansion site. The magistrate found the company liable for prevention measures, injuries, and involuntary manslaughter.
