Coast Guard Releases New Video in Search for Missing Lynette Hooker

The U.S. Coast Guard has released new video footage from their search for Lynette Hooker, a woman who allegedly fell overboard in the Bahamas in April, as a forensics exam of her seized dinghy is underway.
