Clearlake-Backed Software Maker Ivanti’s Earnings Sink 21%

Ivanti Inc. told lenders that second-quarter revenue and earnings fell, casting a cloud over the private equity-backed cybersecurity software firm’s efforts to boost sales following its transition to a subscription-based business model.
