CJEU Rules on Statute of Limitations for Bank Claims in Swiss Franc Loan Cases
The Court of Justice of the European Union has ruled that the statute of limitations for a bank's claim for repayment of capital from a Swiss franc loan may begin on the day the borrower first challenged the validity of the agreement.
