Church Bells Subject to Noise Regulations in Poland
Poland's Supreme Administrative Court ruled that church bells are subject to noise regulations regarding permissible noise levels. The court stated that issuing decisions in this regard does not contradict the concordat or the constitutional freedom of conscience and religion.
