Chinese Man Sells Vacant Flat After Changing Locks in US$103,000 Fraud
A man in Shanghai, China, defrauded friends by changing the locks on a vacant apartment and posing as its owner to sell it for over US$103,000. The perpetrator, identified as Sun, previously owned two shops.
