China, Cambodia Hold First '2+2' Strategic Dialogue Meeting

China and Cambodia held their first '2+2' strategic dialogue mechanism meeting, involving their foreign and defense ministers. The Cambodian Prime Minister also met with the Chinese foreign and defense ministers during the event.
