Changes to Bulgarian Judicial System Act Come into Force

Amendments to Bulgaria's Judicial System Act, which regulate the election of a new Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) and its Inspectorate, and detail the powers of the council with an expired mandate, have officially come into effect today.
