Captain Admits Letting Student Steer in Okinawa Boat Accident
In the boat capsizing accident off Henoko, Okinawa, which killed two people including high school students, the rescued captain reportedly told investigators he allowed a student to steer the boat while he held the wheel. The Japan Coast Guard is investigating the circumstances.
