Cape Verde President Visits Portugal to Strengthen Relations

José Maria Neves, the President of the Republic of Cape Verde, began a four-day visit to Portugal, where he was received in Coimbra by the mayor, Ana Abrunhosa, with the aim of reinforcing bilateral relations.
