Minister of Public Safety fights to keep accused murderer and alleged Bishnoi gangster in custody

Lawyers for the Minister of Public Safety will be in Federal Court Friday trying to keep an alleged senior Bishnoi gang member who faces a murder charge in India in custody at an immigration detention facility while he fights the government's efforts to deport him.
