Canada to Strip Military of Power Over Sexual Assault Cases
The Canadian Liberal government is set to introduce Bill C-11, a new law that will remove the Canadian Armed Forces' authority to investigate and prosecute military sexual assault cases, a recommendation made by Governor General Louise Arbour.
