Bulgarian Supreme Court to Rule on Prosecutor General's Authority to Reopen Cases
The Supreme Cassation Court in Bulgaria has initiated an interpretative case to determine if Borislav Sarafov, acting Prosecutor General, is legally authorized to request the reopening of cases after July 21, 2025. This decision follows amendments to the Judicial System Act.
