Bulgarian Parliament Blocks Appointments by Expired Supreme Judicial Council

The Bulgarian Parliament has adopted amendments to the Judicial System Act, blocking the personnel activities of the Supreme Judicial Council (VSS), whose mandate expired four years ago in 2022.
