Bulgarian Justice Minister Seeks EU Court Opinion on Prosecutor's Mandate
Bulgarian Justice Minister Yankulov has appealed to the Supreme Administrative Court, requesting it to refer the question of Borislav Sarafov's mandate as acting Chief Prosecutor to the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg, following the Supreme Judicial Council's refusal to consider his proposal for a new interim prosecutor.
