Bucharest to Mandate Graffiti and Poster Removal from Protected Buildings
A proposed regulation by the Bucharest City Hall will oblige owners of buildings in protected areas to clean graffiti and illegally pasted posters from their facades. Works can be done at the owners' expense or through a city program covering 80% of costs.
