Brno Court Acquits Two Businessmen in Stoka Corruption Case

The Regional Court in Brno acquitted businessmen Ivan Trunečka and Petr Kalášek in the final part of the Stoka corruption case, ruling that the alleged act was not a criminal offense. Both men had denied guilt.

Krajský soud v Brně ve středu rozhodl v poslední části korupční kauzy Stoka, podnikatele Ivana Trunečku a Petra Kaláška opětovně zprostil obžaloby. Žalovaný skutek podle rozhodnutí soudu není trestným činem. Oba vinu popírali. V kauze šlo o ovlivňování zakázek v městské části Brno-střed.
