Brno Community Center Remains Closed a Year After Completion Due to Faulty Paving

A community center in Brno's Komín district remains closed nearly a year after its completion because the construction company failed to finish the paving on time, and the existing paving will likely need to be replaced, delaying its partial approval by the Brno municipality.

Brněnský magistrát se pokouší částečně zkolaudovat komunitní centrum v městské části Komín. Hotové je skoro rok, do domu ale nikdo nesmí. Stavební firma nestihla včas dokončit dlažbu kolem něj, navíc ji bude muset zřejmě skoro celou vyměnit. Za zpoždění zaplatí pokutu. Stavební úřad se teď podle mluvčího Brna Filipa Poňuchálka snaží vymyslet, jak budovu lidem otevřít.
