Bosnian Man Sentenced for Negligent Death, Ordered to Pay Damages
The Cantonal Court in Tuzla has handed down a non-final sentence of one year in prison to Salim Kovačević from Gračanica, finding him guilty of causing death by negligence. He was also ordered to pay 120,000 KM to the victim's family.
