BNR Governor Isărescu Discusses Conditions for Interest Rate Reduction

Mugur Isărescu, Governor of the National Bank of Romania (BNR), has discussed the conditions under which the monetary policy interest rate might be reduced. He noted that Romania would be among the few European countries with negative real interest rates if such a reduction occurred.
