BiH Minister Forto Responds to SNSD Claims on Cultural Institutions

Bosnia and Herzegovina's Minister of Communications and Transport, Edin Forto, reacted to a statement by an SNSD delegate, asserting that the SNSD failed to shut down cultural institutions and now claims they don't exist.
