Berlin Court Rules Nius Advertising Must Be Allowed Temporarily

The Berlin Administrative Court had ordered the Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe (BVG) to reinstate interrupted advertising for the Nius portal. The Higher Administrative Court has now ruled that this can be suspended for the time being.
