Belgrade Public Prosecutor to Investigate Information Leaks from Investigations

The Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade announced it will open a case against unknown officials to determine how information from pre-investigation and investigation proceedings is being leaked to the public without prosecutorial consent.

Više javno tužilaštvo u Beogradu saopštilo je danas da će formirati predmet protiv NN službenih lica kako bi utvrdilo na koji način u javnost izlaze informacije iz predistražnog postupka i istrage i to bez saglasnosti javnog tužilaštva koje rukovodi i predistražnim postupkom i istragom.
