Barcelona Police Forces Renew Cooperation Agreement, Expanding Municipal Police Powers

The Mossos d'Esquadra and Barcelona's Guardia Urbana have renewed their cooperation agreement, twenty years after its initial establishment. Under the new convention, the municipal police will also take on judicial police functions.
