Bangladeshi Student Murdered in Cyprus After Being Lured with Job Offer
A 22-year-old Bangladeshi man was remanded in custody for eight days in Cyprus after confessing to the murder of fellow Bangladeshi student Shahruar Ahmed Emon. The suspect admitted to staging a kidnapping to extort money from the victim's family, having lured Emon with a job offer.
