B.C. Conservative MLA Bruce Banman Defects to Sit as Independent

Bruce Banman has resigned from the B.C. Conservative caucus to sit as an independent MLA, becoming the sixth Conservative member to defect under leader Kerry-Lynne Findlay this month.
