Austrian Supreme Court to Rule on Signa Founder René Benko's Two-Year Sentence
Austria's Supreme Court (OGH) is set to decide on the two-year prison sentence handed down to Signa founder René Benko. Benko was convicted in October 2025 for allegedly gifting 300,000 euros to his mother, thereby withholding funds from his creditors.
