Austrian Supreme Court Orders Booking.com to Disclose Landlord Data
Austria's Supreme Court (OGH) has ruled that Booking.com must disclose the contact details of private landlords immediately after a booking, following a lawsuit brought by the VKI on behalf of the Ministry of Social Affairs.
