Dem zugrunde liegenden Klimaschutzgesetz seien in harten Verhandlungen jedoch „die Zähne gezogen“ worden. Die neue Öbag-Spitze solle das strategische Ziel der Standortentwicklung vorantreiben. Im Burgenland ortet er keine „aktive Wirtschaftspolitik“.
