Austria Experiences Extreme June Temperatures, Not Hottest on Record
Austria saw a June of temperature extremes, ranging from a low of -10.1 degrees Celsius to a high of 40.1 degrees Celsius. Despite a record heatwave, GeoSphere Austria reported that June was not the hottest on record, with parts of Tyrol experiencing unusually cold weather in the first half of the month.
