ASJP Contests Judge Evaluation Linked to Productivity Targets

The ASJP (Association of Judges of Portugal) has filed injunctions against new rules from the CSTAF (Superior Council of Administrative and Tax Courts) that link the evaluation of administrative judges to productivity targets and prohibit images in sentences.
