Ash Borer Pest Leads to Quarantine in Eastern Slovakia

Authorities in Michalovce and Trebišov districts have declared a quarantine due to the arrival of the ash borer pest, threatening dozens of villages. Landowners are required to remove and safely dispose of infected ash trees.
