Arnhem Becomes First Dutch City to Urge Parents: Delay Smartphones Until 16

All school governing boards, childcare organizations, social groups, and the municipality in Arnhem, Netherlands, are jointly urging parents to delay smartphone use for children and to ban social media access until they are 16 years old.
