Argentine Company to Complete Hydroelectric Plant in Venezuela

Venezuela has signed an agreement with the Argentine infrastructure multinational IMPSA to finalize the Tocoma hydroelectric plant in Bolívar state, as announced by interim President Delcy Rodríguez.
