Argentina ordered to return Nazi-looted portrait to heir

An Argentine court cleared the return of a Nazi-looted painting to the heir of a Jewish collector, ordering the country to hand over the artwork. The piece was held by the daughter of a former Nazi official and discovered in a real estate listing.
