The Court of Appeal will next week decide on the SDT's appeal for the former President of the Supreme Court, Vesna Medenica, to await confirmation of the High Court's verdict on serving her sentence in custody, instead of being free in Kolašin.

Apelacioni sud će sljedeće sedmice odlučivati o žalbi SDT-a da bivša predsjednica Vrhovnog suda Vesna Medenica, umjesto na slobodi u Kolašinu, u pritvoru čeka potvrdu presude Višeg suda o izdržavanju desetogodišnje kazne. Viši sud je rješenje u ovom slučaju uputilo njenom advokatu u Beogradu, kome rok za prijem ističe danas, što mu ostavlja još tri dana da se žali na tužiočev zahtjev.
