Annual ‘Teppotsavams’ begin at Tirumala
The annual ‘Teppotsavams’ (float festival) commenced on a grand scale at Tirumala on Wednesday evening. The festivities, which will continue for five days, began with the processional deities of Sri Rama and Sita being taken out on a celestial float around the Swami Pushkarini tank.
