Andalusia Defends Not Activating Es-Alert for Los Gallardos Fire
The Andalusian Minister of Emergencies, Antonio Sanz, defended the decision not to activate the Es-Alert system for the Los Gallardos fire, stating that evacuation notices were given personally and that the victims did not heed warnings, fleeing via the wrong path.
