Alzheimer's Therapy Wins Bluepharma Prize for Novel Biological Mechanism

Researchers at the University of Coimbra have won the Bluepharma Prize for identifying a novel biological mechanism linked to the propagation of the tau protein in Alzheimer's disease and developing a strategy to block it. The prize is valued at up to 50,000 euros.
