Albanian Socialist Party Proposes Stricter Road Code Amendments

The Socialist Party has proposed amendments to the Road Code, including zero alcohol tolerance for new drivers in their first year, limited driving hours for young drivers, and permanent license revocation under certain conditions. New rules for scooters are also included.
