Accra High Court Rules on OSP Jurisdiction, Adjourns Ofori-Atta Case
The Accra High Court has ruled that it lacked jurisdiction to hear a quo warranto application challenging the prosecutorial powers of the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP). Consequently, the court adjourned the Ofori-Atta case to May 26, pending an appeal by the OSP.
