Accenture Overhauls Salary Hike Model After IT Bloodbath
Following recent layoffs in the IT sector, Accenture has introduced a new salary hike model where half of an approved increase will be added to an employee's base pay, and the remaining half will be paid as a one-time lump-sum amount.
