35 évvel ezelőtt vonult ki a szovjet hadsereg Magyarországról, de nem azért, mert megijedt Orbán Viktortól

1991. június 16-án hagyta el Magyarország területét az utolsó szovjet katonai egység, és június 19-én távozott az utolsó katona, a Magyarországon állomásoztatott szovjet Déli Hadseregcsoport parancsnoka, Viktor Silov altábornagy. Minden jelentős politikai erő igyekezett hasznot húzni a szovjet csapatok távozásából, de igazából nem volt ebben semmi magyar érdem, és nem Orbán Viktor volt az első idehaza, aki a szovjet hadsereg azonnali kivonását követelte.
