19,000 Philippine PUVs to Register for Service Contracting Program

Over 19,000 public utility vehicles (PUVs) across the Philippines are scheduled to enroll in the government's service contracting program (SCP) starting Monday, according to acting Transportation Secretary Giovanni Lopez.
