Universal Studio Group is merging its UCP and Universal International Studios divisions into a new entity called Universal Global Television, under the leadership of Beatrice Springborn. This consolidation will result in the elimination of 22 roles across TV studios, NBC, and Peacock, with several UCP executives departing.
