The Sandiganbayan Second Division has concluded oral arguments and is set to decide whether former public works secretary Manuel Bonoan can be discharged as a co-accused and allowed to testify against Senator Jinggoy Estrada.

The graft proceedings for Senator Jinggoy Estrada and former Public Works secretary Manuel Bonoan before the Sandiganbayan Second Division have been moved to July 14.
