A Delhi court has ordered the framing of charges against 26 top leaders of the Popular Front of India (PFI) in a terror case. The court found grave suspicion of a conspiracy to establish a Caliphate.

India's National Investigation Agency (NIA) informed a court that the Popular Front of India (PFI) is a 'sinister organisation' whose activities posed a risk of causing civil war in the country.
