Justice Minister Pol Lt Gen Rutthapon Naowarat has defended the Department of Special Investigation's (DSI) probe into the Forex fraud case, rejecting claims that the investigation was rushed, particularly concerning People's Party list MP Pawoot Pongvitayapanu.

Justice Minister Pol Lt Gen Rutthapon Naowarat reported that 57 million litres of fuel, intended for oil depots in Surat Thani, Thailand, were illegally off-loaded from tankers to smaller ships at sea.
